Rumah Kopi Sibu-Sibu is a cosy, old-school coffee shop in the heart of Ambon, known for its warm atmosphere filled with music memorabilia and occasional live performances. The place attracts both locals and tourists, creating a lively yet relaxed vibe. The staff are friendly and helpful, making visitors feel welcome. The menu offers local-style coffee and tea, including Ambon’s famous spiced coffee, along with simple fried snacks and traditional cookies that pair well with the drinks. While the cleanliness is fair and parking can be difficult due to its central street location, the overall experience is enjoyable. Prices are reasonable, and the café’s nostalgic charm makes it a lovely spot to unwind and experience a touch of Ambon’s local culture. Overall, it’s a solid 4 out of 5.

If you like coffee you have to try their spiced one, Rarogan or something like that. The place itself is nice too. We also tried their iced chocolate with cinnamon which was tasty. All in all a very nice place frequented by locals, and worthy of a visit by tourists.
